This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Miami Exotic Toys (“Company”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”). By signing or booking with Miami Exotic Toys, the Renter agrees to all terms and conditions below.

1. Rental Requirements
• Minimum age for rental is 25 years old.
• Renters aged 21–24 may rent with valid full-coverage insurance listed in their name and subject to additional verification or fees.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and major credit/debit card are required for all rentals.

2. Security Deposit
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required prior to vehicle release.
• The deposit will be held until vehicle inspection is complete after return.
• Deductions may apply for fuel, cleaning, mileage overage, late return, damages, or policy violations.

3. Mileage and Usage
• Each rental includes 125 miles per day.
• Additional mileage will be charged at $3.00 per mile.
• The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
• No racing, burnouts, donuts, reckless driving, or off-road use is permitted.
• Use of the vehicle for any illegal activity or subleasing is strictly prohibited.

4. Fuel and Cleaning
• Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of premium fuel (93 octane).
• If not returned full, a refueling fee of $10 per gallon will be applied.
• Vehicles must be returned clean and in the same condition as rented. Excessive dirt, sand, smoke odor, or stains will incur a cleaning fee of up to $500.

5. Smoking Policy
• Smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation will result in a $5,000 cleaning and odor removal fee, automatically charged to the card on file.

6. Damage and Insurance
• The Renter is fully responsible for all damage (interior, exterior, mechanical, or tire-related) occurring during the rental period, regardless of fault.
• Renter must maintain valid full-coverage insurance with collision and liability coverage applicable to rental vehicles.
• In the event of an accident, the Renter agrees to:
• Notify Miami Exotic Toys immediately.
• Obtain a police report.
• Cooperate fully with insurance claims and investigations.

Failure to report damage or accidents may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional legal or financial liability.

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy
• Full payment is required prior to vehicle release.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may receive a credit toward a future booking, at the Company’s discretion.

8. Late Returns
• Vehicles returned late will incur an hourly fee up to $200/hour, not to exceed the daily rental rate.
• After two hours, an additional full-day rental charge may apply.

9. Liability and Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Exotic Toys, its employees, and affiliates from any loss, liability, claim, or expense arising from:
• Use or misuse of the vehicle,
• Violation of traffic or parking laws,
• Personal injury or property damage incurred during the rental period.

The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in or on the vehicle.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, FL.
